Can I Become a Vampire Lord Again if I Cure Myself

One affair I'grand guessing is that a lot of people are choosing to side wi the Volkihar Vampires over the Dawnguard considering they tin get a Vampire Lord. While many of you probably already know this, but for those of you lot that don't, y'all will be entering the Soul Cairn regardless of which side yous cull. In addition, you tin't enter the Soul Cairn unless you're i of the undead. So, if you sided with the Dawnguard, then in one case you open the portal to the Soul Cairn, Serana tells you lot that she either has to trap some of your soul inside of a soul precious stone to allow passage into the Soul Cairn, which would slightly weaken yous, or she can plow you lot into a vampire to allow passage, which automatically allows you lot to get a Vampire Lord. And then, regardless of which side you choose, yous can all the same go a Vampire Lord. The only difference is when along the questline y'all become 1. Then for those of you lot who really wanted to join the Dawnguard but didn't because they wanted to go a Vampire Lord, you tin can become one and even so join the Dawnguard.
Even so, I exercise non know if the Dawnguard allow yous to proceed that ability, since I haven't gotten that far along in the questline. I will post an update once I find out.

Hey Tony, i've just finished the Dawnguard questline and i won't spoil anytihing for you lot don't worry. Every bit it turns out (mini spoiler) - that Serana sticks round after the questline is finished and basically still offers te chace to go a vampire. Promise this helps.

Oh pitiful forgot to mention, yeah full vampire lord! Plus i was already a werewolf so that'southward not an result either and i think (just im not certain) you can be cured and then plough again and again too!

Okay, I have a few more updates. I foud out that the Dawnguard will not help you if you decide to become a Vampire (same equally the way the Blades won''t help yous unless you kill Paarthurnax, except there's no dialogue whatsoever). Yet, you can become a vampire lord once again whenever you want to past having Serana transform you lot back. So y'all tin complete the principal questline in Dawnguard, so forget well-nigh the Dawnguard altogether and remain a vampire lord.
Also, I could really use some help with summoning the Reaper in the Soul Cairn.

Aye, you go a vampire lord and not only a regular vampire. Likewise, afterward she tells y'all that the process of turning someone into a vampire is somewhat intimate, and you lot take the option to tell Serana that you're glad she's the i doing it (though I don't know and kind of doubt that pick exists if your characters female, but it does exists for males).

It is very interesting.
That way you tin fully savour teh whole DLC without having to recreate a new character to exercise the other side of the DLC.

This thread should exist in the Dawnguard department though.

The Reaper can be summoned by collecting iii reaper precious stone fragments dotted around the soul cairn. They are located in chests on top of various buildings that have i of the giant glowing soul gems that suck the life out of yous floating above. I can't recall which floating gems they're under though i'yard afraid, but they're big, easy to see and there'southward not that many of them then information technology won't accept long. Once you've got them, you need to get to the Reapers' lair on the very Right (East) side of the map, on the 2d side of the wall, just to the left of one of the keepr towers.
The problem is whether yous detect it worth it to even summoon the reaper, he'southward basically a darker version of a keeper that after you've destroyed, he merely explodes and drops nothing just a thousand soul gem, a bit of golden, a potion and an iron warhammer. Still a slightly interesting fight though if you lot can spare the time.

After finishing the dawnguard questline, y'all practice get admission to the soul cairn room as information technology'due south actually a seperate function of the castle and then you can become back anytime. Also you can come and become from castle volkhier as much as y'all desire too, simply it might not be worth living there as it'southward pretty much deserted after all the vampires have been killed plus every item, bed, cabinet and chest in there are counted as owned belongings. So you can't sleep there or take anytihing if stealing things bothers you (due east.g. the item being displayed in red constantly and only tin can be sold to sure people etc.)
But the castle is far better furnished (although covered in blood) than fort dawnguard as most of the cobwebs remain in it even when every quest for them is done.

Hey guys I would really appreciate the aid if someone could tell me how to gear up this. Whenever I entered the soul cairn with my soul partially trapped it gave my grapheme a weird issue. It seems if he's burning with barely visible blue flames and makes a actually annoying burning noise continuously. And makes my controller vibrate non-stop. Please aid and tell me how to stop information technology, I've washed all I could discover out.

Yes, once you lot choose the Dawnguard, you can become a Vampire Lord in order to enter the Soul Cairn, although yous don't have to. And once you lot become a Vampire Lord, you can no longer do whatsoever of the Dawnguard's quests. You can cure yourself by doing the quest "Rising At Dawn" in Morthal (the aforementioned manner as curing regular vampirism). And in one case the Dawnguard questline is over, you can return to beingness a Vampire Lord someday yous want past having Serana turn yous. You notwithstanding won't be ableto help the Dawnguard until yous cure yourself again, so you lot tin can keep to switch between being a Vampire Lord and helping the Dawnguard. Nonetheless, Serana tin can be cured, meaning she woouldn't be able to turn yous subsequently that.

Hi but a tad bit confused here. I KNOW that aela only offers werewolf form once afterward you become a vampire, but does serana offer information technology infinitely? If i recall i think she does merely i simply desire to make sure. thanks!
